RATES:
The minimum stay is 3 days, and the maximum stay is 4 weeks.
Rates for up to 3 adults are as follows:
- For stays of 1 to 7 nights: US$165 per night for 2 bedrooms.
- For stays longer than 7 nights: US$135 per night for 2 bedrooms.
A deposit is required for all bookings:
- For stays of 1 to 7 nights, a 40% deposit is required, with the remaining balance to be paid in cash upon arrival.
- For stays longer than 7 nights, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance to be paid in cash at check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
- A full refund is available if you cancel within 48 hours of booking (as long as you cancel 14 or more days before check-in).
- A 50% refund is available for cancellations up to 7 days before arrival.
- Cancellations made within a week of arrival are non-refundable.
