If you’re looking for a truly unforgettable experience, we highly recommend combining a visit to the Stingray Sanctuary with a trip to Laviscount Island. Let us take you on a journey like no other.

Your adventure will begin with a short boat ride to the Stingray Sanctuary, where our expert rangers will guide you on how to interact with and feed the friendly stingrays. You’ll be amazed at how gentle and playful they are! You’ll also get the chance to take some incredible photos with them.

After spending about an hour with the stingrays, we’ll take you on a quick 5-minute boat ride to Laviscount Island. Here, you’ll be met by the Laviscount Island Ranger, who will welcome you and take you to a nearby mini-bar for drinks before heading to the Aldabra tortoise enclosure.

At the enclosure, you’ll receive a brief introduction to the tortoises before getting to pet and feed them. These gentle giants are fascinating to watch and interact with. You’ll learn about their natural habitat and the conservation efforts in place to protect them.

Once you’re done with the tortoises, you’ll be taken on a tour of the island, where you’ll see some of the exotic birds and iguanas that call Laviscount Island their home. You’ll also learn about the conservation efforts in place to preserve the island’s ecology.

We recommend that you wear comfortable shoes, bring swimwear, cameras, sunscreen, and sunglasses. Please note that pickup from your location or resort is not included in this activity.
